What Midwifery Care Includes
Prenatal Visits
45-60 minutes each
Space for learning, growing, and being heard. Support people and children always welcome
Birth Options
Choose to give birth at home or at the birth center, surrounded by your chosen support team
Postpartum + Baby
Frequent postpartum visits in your home and in office to ensure the best start for you and your babe
Labs + Screens
In-office lab draws + genetic screening, referrals for ultrasounds, + time to discuss your options and preferences
Birth Planning
Learn what to expect and how to prepare. Discuss your hopes, fears, and what matters most to you
Holistic Guidance
Personalized recommendations for herbs, nutrition, and lifestyle care
